We meet up in the UK or the South of France to discover what you need. For instance, will the property be a second home to rent out when you’re not there? Or is it a long-term investment for holiday and business lettings? We introduce you to our three interior design packages and discuss the style you prefer. Then we provide you with a no-obligation estimate in Euros to think over.

Step 2 - PLAN
If you decide to go ahead, we work up fully-furnished, fully-fitted floor plans including any necessary joinery specifications for wardrobes, shelving and cupboards. Once the detail has been agreed, we supply the final quote that doesn’t budge and inch.

Step 3 - PURCHASE
Then we roll up our sleeves and get down to work, coordinating teams of local craftsmen and decorators, commissioning upholstery and drapery, and organising deliveries. Your personal project manager contacts you on a regular basis with updated reports on progress.

Step 4 - PERFECT
Having polished off the finishing touches we hand over the property over to you lock, stock and Champagne in the fridge.
